Versand Informationen

Your order will be delivered during business hours (8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 CET on Fridays can only be processed on the following Monday. During specific promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the high volume of orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Your package will be delivered by DHL within 7 days (Germany) to an address of your choice. For international orders, the package will be delivered within 14 days.

 

All products shipped by DHL are insured against theft and damage during transport from our warehouse to the delivery address. If your package is damaged upon delivery, we advise you to accept the shipment with reservation.

 

If your parcel arrives damaged on delivery, we recommend that you accept the parcel, stating the defects found. Please contact our customer service afterward.
