Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact CURATIF BEAUTY, Meerwiesenstraße 42, 68163 Mannheim, e-mail: info@curatifbeauty.com with a statement by mail or e-mail and inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

Consequences of the revocation

 

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

Back to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. In principle, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are returned within Germany, we will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

 

Returns

 

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. In the case of a return, the return shipping costs are on the side of the buyer. With this we want to raise awareness for delivery ways and thus minimize the return ways.

If you want to return your order to us, please note the following points:

You can find the return form here. Fill it out and enclose it with your return so that we can later assign your shipment to you.

2. packaging and condition of the goods

Please make sure that you pack the products you want to return well. Only unused and unopened products can be returned. Items that come back to us broken or used cannot be refunded3. 

3. franking of the return

Please make sure that the return shipment is franked. In case of unfranked returned parcels and insufficiently franked parcels, the accruing penalty fee of DHL in the amount of 15 € will be deducted from the credit of the return.

 

In addition, we advise you to use insured shipping. On the one hand you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in case of loss.

After we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 business days of the confirmation email being sent, via the payment method you used to make your purchase.
